They are truely Belgian Fries. A french fry would be like a Five Guys, cut the potato and it hits the grease fresh.
Any potato fry product that’s been frozen and precooked a little bit, and then refried crispy is by definition a Belgian fry. Belgian fries are also eaten with mayonnaise and not catsup.
