I know with me my stomach has NOT been the same since I got my 2nd dose of Pfizer vaccine. See the whole reason why I decided on Pfizer compared to Moderna is because the main ingredient of phizer vaccine is Polyethylene gycol which is the main ingredient in mira lax which Ive been taking for yrs for chronic constipation so I figured Ok I have no issues with mira lax I should be OK..so for one week after my 2nd dose I did not take any mira lax, but after the vaccine my colon has been working over time, non stop urges off and on for the past month is there a connection I dont know since Ive had that issue before it just seemed to have gotten worse after the vaccine
