The Iowa SUpreme Court did it right!
I don’t think Planned Parenthood considers itself to be subject to the laws of the United States.
This may have been the baby you aborted? How does that thought feel?
Something we haven’t seen much of over the last nine months . . .
“WINNING!”
When we moved to AZ from California 25 years ago, my older daughter was in 6th grade. When it came time for Sex Ed, parents could opt out if they wanted. Being from California, I was wary about this so I asked some questions. The school said the classes were taught by the regular teachers using items “provided” by Planned Parenthood. Nevertheless, she was one of only two kids in her class to opt out. I don’t think they give parents that option anymore, even in AZ, I’m sad to say.
If parents want sex education for their kids they should send them to a class outside of the public school system...ie.. a church could have classes, a private entity OR planned parenthood. Or, they could teach their kids themselves. It should not be in the public school system.
