The AZ Senate already subpoena’ed the routers and passwords. Why would they be “going to subpoena” the same items?

No they didn't already subpoena the routers and passwords. They threatened, and they put it off until after the first part of the audit was completed. The first part of the audit is now completed.

“A few minor things still need to be done with respect to some software additions they made,” Pullen stated. “We got some additional information for the county. Apparently there was a difference on how many duplicate ballots there were per batch, so they gave us a new list and so we had to create software that took that data and compared it to our data to deal with the duplicate ballots.”

So, the admission that the auditors weren’t dunderheads, and that the county was withholding information on the issue.

Federal election records must be preserved for 22 months. Any alteration of data or records is a MAJOR FEDERAL FELONY!

I’ve seen that. I haven’t seen the penalty for violating it.

I’m sure that Merrick Garland will get right on it.

Again.. They will never get them. But when the report comes out they may get forced to turn them over.

...Maricopa County recently announced plans to replace all of its subpoenaed election equipment while noting the county will “never use compromised equipment that could pose a risk to free and fair elections.”

Arizona Republicans argue that if the machines are not able to undergo a forensic audit to verify the presidential election results then they never should have been approved to be used in an election in the first place.

I caught this when it first came out, glad the Republicans put it together as well.

What? The fact that SOMEONE could jigger with a voting machine so as to make it count votes incorrectly, without leaving any traces.

If Maricopa County thinks this it possible the auditors can do this, who's to say someone else hadn't done the same thing in November 2000?

How would you know? AUDIT!!! Hand count paper ballots!!!
