Post 9/11 the die was cast go after Afghanistan and Iraq even though most of the terrorists were Saudi citizens (15 of 19 plane hijackers).
Saudi Arabia had the oil and the $$$$$$$.
The US ended up doing what it did post 9/11 with the Left enraged and the Right pitted against the Left over the warfare.
A waste of my time and emotions in retrospect.
But was it the right policy to begin with or the expedient one?
Pakistan created the Taliban that gave bin Laden a home in Afghanistan and oops bin Laden ended up living in Pakistan.
Pakistan with its nuclear weapons was on off limit country for military punishment.
No one will ever live in a worse place than the lives of liberals.
The demon driven ilk on the left are enemies of God, perhaps they know this, perhaps they choose to ignore it, but one day they will come face to face with the evil inside them that they chose to follow, and come face to face with the God they reject.
Donald Rumsfeld was no war monger. He understood peace through strength.

If I could make just one small change, it would be that politicians are held to the same laws and medical restrictions as those they govern. And, if I was allowed a second change, it would be that no one can serve in the same elected office for more than eight years. So, four years as, say, mayor, four or eight years as, say, governor, and then a max of eight years in the House or Senate. No continuing financial benefit for having occupied any federal office...like a full retirement benefit...or, a free office in DC. You serve. You get your pay...and that’s it!
I didn’t celebrate the death of rbg…I was happy she finally relinquished her court seat which should have happened at least 4 years earlier…
