First, rule out 28. Second, she will run in 2024 but fail to get the nomination. I can remember a few years ago, she didn't get any electoral support. She won't do much better in 2024. I don't think Trump runs in 2024, but one never knows especially if their nominee is likely to be Buttigeig or Klobuchar.
I still say it will be Newsom, if he survives the recall.
