Again, you have no idea what you are talking about. $1m over 15 years for a large company is a rounding error and is nearly always in dispute somewhere virtually all the time. My company right now has $9 million in escrow held up in Canada on a tax dispute over 3 hotels, a small fraction of the value and revenue of Trump Enterprise. My last company fought and lost a $3 million tax dispute in North Carolina alone (we were in 18 states at the time). These things are ALWAYS handled as fines no matter the statute because intent is very difficult to prove AND tax law has more grey area than you can possibly imagine AND its expensive as heck for everyone - including the prosecutor. I’ll bet you $1000 bucks this is settled for a fine and no one does jail time

He had Trump Co. pay for his grandkids private schools, and skated checks through other employees. He is cooked.

I worked for companies all my life and never paid a dime for parking. As a matter of fact, all the companies I worked for had free parking for everybody.

free parking to senior employees

Every single agency in the US government does this. It is either free, or at a ridiculously low subsidized rate [e.g. $85 per quarter for a spot with a commercial value of $200 per month, in fact more, since it is guarded and secure and reserved.]

A guy who pleaded to lying to a court of law in the Flynn matter can still practice law fer crise effing sake.

If they installed a setting that matched my ex-wife it would be “frigid”.
