This will screw up their ability to get loans, and the company itself may well go out of business. They have the option of leaning not only on Weisselberg but in SVP Jeff McConney, main comptroller, who has a lot of liability. He is already cooperating and has been walking the Grand Jury through this stuff. There is no love lost between any of these people. Eric, Ivanka, Don Jr, Weisselberg, CEO, Deborah Stilleo...mark that name.... McCONNEY. We will likely be hearing that name in the future.

You are right, though. It is rather minor. If convicted of these charges, Allen is looking at just a prison term based on charges that he cheated federal, state and city tax authorities out of nearly $1 million in a scheme that ran for 15 years. Not that big of a deal. In addition, he faces a count of second-degree grand larceny, which carries a maximum term of 15 years, for taking federal tax refunds on underreported income.
I don’t know about you, but since we on FR apply regularly and falsely for refunds on taxes from the IRS over 15 years or so, it will probably be adjudged as pretty normal and they will give him some leniency. Just something to consider.

Nonsense!. Banks are in business to get loans and the by far most important criteria is the borrowers ability to repay. The banks safety net are the pledged assets value and that is that.
I spent 5 yrs in Commercial Lending years ago and lending practices have not changed since then. Note that the ridiculous noise over Trump org inflating asset values for lending and deflating them for tax appeals has totally gone away. That is because it was totally ridiculous to begin with and so is this.
Your claim and that of the slime media is that x or y is may “turn” and expose something are silly because there is nothing to expose. How can I say this? Simple, Trump’s organization has been under constant audit since the 1970s and there has never been a complaint against it by the IRS.
