The deep pocket will likely be the county. The building inspector had to sign off on each phase of the building.

There may have been some palms greased along the way. Someone will most likely be going to prison.

There will be hundreds of defendants.

on a related note, did Prieto put his statement in writing as an official that was inspecting the building? I haven’t read all the details so, just asking...
