$14 trillion divided by 333 million = @$42k per person in the US population.
That’s the bill due according to Mr. Johnson.
Using 33 million (@1/10) as the basis of the payout, it works out to approximately $425k per person. Typical family of 4 = $1.7 million.
Average annual income is @$52k. So the estimated individual payout is equivalent to @8.15 years income; the family of 4 amount is equivalent to 32.7 years.
An ancillary question to be answered is: over how long a period of time?
$14 trillion is approximately 72% of current US GDP.
Since the damage took centuries to accrue, perhaps 100 years to repay (with the unpaid balance being considered part of the deceased person’s estate)? So, $14 trillion divided by 33 million payees divided by 100 years = @$ 4200/year or $353/month per payee.
(BTW, having more children would only serve to dilute the individual payments since the amount to be paid out would be fixed.)
Those are some very rough numbers to give some initial framework for discussing the issue.
I would pay the 14 trillion, and pay it gladly (it’s only little green slips of paper, and we have lots of paper), but only under an agreement, or treaty if you will, that leads to an invoice marked “paid in full”.

Is this reparation’s check going to be given out based on the darkness of the skin? This has all kinds of pitfalls on top of being insane right off the bat.
