Ironically, after I posted that comment there was an article about it which had been posted mere minutes prior.
But your focus is hardly the point: The media overwhelmingly ignored the ‘plus’ development because they don’t want to draw attention to India’s successes (conflicts with the narrative).
I just searched for delta in keywords. I’ve been hearing about it in the media as well, but they do want to hide successes with cheap meds that they do know work.
