Czech President calls transgender people 'disgusting'

Prague, Czech Republic (CNN) Czech President Milos Zeman called transgender people "disgusting" in an interview on CNN affiliate CNN Prima News on Sunday, during a discussion of a controversial new law in Hungary.

The Hungarian law bans all educational materials and programs for children that are considered to promote homosexuality, gender reassignment and the concept of sexuality deviating from the one assigned to a person at birth. It has been met with fierce criticism from other members of the European Union.

Zeman said interference in internal affairs of any EU member country is a gross political mistake, and he defended Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban. "I do not see a reason not to agree with him," Zeman said.

I would say “sad” instead of “disgusting” My term includes a note of compassion which I believe is called for in such circumstances. But I get the Czech’s POV.

Slavic languages aren’t all that difficult, especially once you learn one, like Polish, then it’s not too difficult to pick up the other Slavic languages, like Czech. Just understand that for most verbs there are two forms, the perfective, and the imperfective.

Nature, or Nature’s God, makes the baby a male or a female.
There is no assignment, it’s just objective fact.
What they really are rebelling against is God and nature.

I have this conversation with myself every couple of months. Someone will make sense and I will start to look into the exchange rate and other laws to see if I could possibly be happy there instead of here. It ALWAYS comes to the question "Can I keep my guns there?" Then the answer comes back as NO! and I skulk back into my house and fondle the contents of my closet once more knowing I will never leave a place that will allow me to defend myself. I've always had this vision of a soldier putting a pistol at my skull and pushing me into an enormous ditch with writhing bodies as they bulldoze the dirt over me. I've boiled my whole existence down to who will allow me to defend myself without reliance on government.

It would be nice to have a Christian man that was a fiscal conservative that believed in live and let live running the country, but NONE OF THEM will allow me to own my own weapons to defend myself. My dreams of always having the option of retiring to Australia or Panama have all dried up over the last few decades. You have to know what someone like Biden does to my psyche.
