Wait until the late Boomers retire in a handful of years. All the infrastructure and production jobs they’re now doing, quietly and effectively, will all be in the hands of Xers, Millennials and Z’s. The Boomers’ great store of knowledge, experience and skill will be gone. Will be interesting to watch.
If 60 is the new 40 then 35 must be the new 15. Raise the minimum ages for POTUS-VPOTUS and all of Congress and do it soon!

These views did not arrive in the heads of youth by chance. They were put there primarily by the government school system.
If one is still OK with allowing one’s children to be brainwashed in that system, one is part of the problem.

Never has a generation of young Americans been so tied to material things and "stuff". Their whole self-identity is tied to Facebook, Amazon, what their friends are doing, and what brand of gear and swag that they tote around. They prostrate themselves before the altar of capitalism with every breath they take. They are the ultimate consumers of all which capitalism produces, and yet they disavow it. Cognitive dissonance.
If they couldn't have their "stuff", provided by a capitalist society, they would be lined up in front of psychiatric clinics seeking emergency treatment.
I prefer the term mercantilism. or free markets.
Then let them reap the whirlwind...
The younger generations have grown up under cronyism, bailouts and typical lobbisim, artificial interest rates, massive debt, etc. The idea of accountability and sound money, norms in a capitalistic system, went out of favor decades ago.
There is always Capitalism, because there is always Capital.
They question is how is the Capital distributed and controlled. Is it controlled by the State (Communism), or is it consolidated in the ends of a few Oligarchs.
We advocate “Free Enterprise” which is a distribution of Capital amongst private individuals that rewards personal initiative.

Young adults wouldn’t know a capitalist from a Seventh Day Adventist. They just say stuff they think they should say without giving it any thought. The tragic part of it is that they love their cell phones, internet, junk food and video games but are throwing it all away to create a world of privation, suffering and oppression. Then it will be too late to save anything.
#1 this is proof that brainwashing and propaganda works.
#2 the country will not survive this and subsequent generations.
How about getting rid of current corporatism capitalism with monopolies by trust busting and establishing a reasonably regulated Free Market economy encouraging entrepreneurs, small businesses and access to private property?
That’s what they’ve been taught. And, that’s what they’ve texted about on their $1000 phones...
