So, they were accused of BRIBING officials, to get the PERMITS needed to bring a property UP TO CODE?!?!?
If anything this is an indictment of the government and zoning officials than the developer....
Seriously why would they need to BRIBE someone to get permits in order to FIX A PROBLEM??
