Egypt, Jordan and Iraq agreed to bolster security and economic cooperation at a tripartite summit Sunday that saw an Egyptian head of state visit Iraq for the first time in three decades. The visits by Egypt's President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi and Jordan's King Abdullah II came as Iraq seeks to move closer to Arab allies of the United States in the Middle East. I addition to countering Iran, there may also be an element of countering Turkey and the Muslim Brotherhood.
Egypt and the Saudis are also very interested in that, and Iraq could leverage those interests, in return for other benefits.
Some Iraqi oil currently flows out through the bank accounts of the Erdogan crime family.

Obama’s White House was in bed with the Muslim Brotherhood and hated al Sisi. The Obama White House is now running the place again so the summit countries, plus others, have a problem - the puppet strings held by Obama.
