If she’s reading it, she needs to read all of it. It was constructed to make it difficult to remove a President who resists removal. Yes, if she and a majority of his Cabinet declare him unfit to hold office, she can take over. But...and it’s a big but, if the President officially objects, then it takes a 2/3rds vote of both Houses to remove him.

So Kam wants Doddering Joe out. As a Senator or Rep, who do you prefer to actually be in charge of things...Dr Jill, EdD, or Kamala? And assuming you even think of such things, who would be better for the country?
