It is as if Biden is telegraphing the audience that someone else is actually controlling him, whispering as if he is a child afraid of being caught by a parent with a hand in a cookie jar.
some psychiatrist should (please) analyze biden’s affectations. something is seriously out of whack, and it is right there for everyone to see.
