On the IQ scale the lowest 29% are close to moron level—sounds about right....
My ex-husband was a Special Ed teacher, and I always remember him saying that anyone with an IQ below 20 was considered profoundly retarded. So 29 is close enough in my kind of math.
I live in PA and work in NJ. I think all these idiots that believe the news live in NJ...you should hear these morons at my work..dumb!!! When I get home there’s some sanity left in my area of PA.
