The article won’t load for me (for some reason my computer hates the NY Post). But I will take a guess anyway.
Other communities are thinking about this “reparation” thing as well. But they are not framing it as a racial thing. They are framing it as a location thing. And they just happen to pick locations that are heavily black.
So it’s not “all black residents will get $5000.” Instead it’s “all residents in District 8 will get $5000.”
See? All nice and legal.
