Never happen. Amherst is a hard NIMBY town. They had a crisis of conscience about lower-income housing a few years ago. They wanted to add more regular apartments but had some kind of state requirement to add more low-income as well, and couldn’t agree on where to put either one.
It would, however, be pure poetic justice for the town to actually have to finally live up to its nonsensical SJW utopianism.
