What’s illegal about being in the Capitol?
Our constitution guarantees the right of citizens to protest for the redress of grievances.
If we have to keep our mouths shut for doing something that our constitution guarantees, then we have ceased to be Americans. Might as well adopt the Chinese system now.
I guess we’re seeing what’s wrong with it. Typically they have procedures in place for entering the capital. Forcing the door open and breaking windows is not typically the way to go about entering. And if you happen to go in, then don’t say you did.
