But I’m sure there are plenty of landlords looking to get out and cominaies like Blackrock waiting to buy.
Many of these landlords are carrying a mortgage.
A mortgage they can’t pay without renters.
They made a poor investment and rented to people they knew nothing about.
So now the Treasury is bailing out their deadbeat asses.
