Many, many thousands of blanks were copied on machines with different paper, watermarks and unreadable names/signatures. It’ll come out, but not until all the left stalling is halted by an upper court. PA gov’t is well-corrupted, and I live here.

Rudy got this “false” info from the PA SOS website. Later the SOS claimed it had not been updated when the cited numbers were up there. So, it sounds like the statement was true at one point and the SOS did some back filling to make it look false later.
