Cam video showed two part collapse just couple seconds apart. Terrible collapse... Witness said these are residential apartments rather than vacation units.
What is noticeable from the video is that the center section appears to collapse from the bottom, not from the roof area which many of the TV talking heads were pontificating that the roof was being redone.....
This is a foundation issue....something in the bedrock, which in that area is most likely limestone.....
One pillar didn’t fail, multiple had to fail for this.....
Hopefully, there is a team of engineers with ground penetration radar checking the immediate area (surrounding buildings for similar problems...
