it doesnt limit what people can own
it limits government’s ability to disarm people because self defense is an inherent god-given riggt to every person and says government will guarantee that right.
it also doesnt say you can’t own this or that.
he mentions you can’t own a cannon.
the people that wrote that document OWNED PERSONAL CANNONS!!! And they used them. against their own former government!
The founding fathers owned personal cannons and supplied them to the continental army to use in the war.
