“What is to be done?” That’s been the cry of revolutionaries from time immemorial: the malcontents, the aggrieved, the misfits, the morally wretched. From the beginning of the modern “progressive” movement—which occurred around the time Jean-Jacques Rousseau published “The Social Contract” in 1762, adumbrating the French Revolution—to the uprisings of 1848 across Europe, through the advent of “scientific” Marxism and the horrors of those deformed twins, Soviet communism and German National Socialism, the same desire to inflict punitive misery has marked nearly every “revolutionary” movement.
For all their talk of “the people,” however, Leftist revolutionaries hardly ever spring from the people, or have them on their side. The people prize stability and order; the Left welcomes chaos and anarchy, leading to totalitarianism. Leftists are by definition minorities in their own countries, generally drawn from the intellectual vanguard, and very often—because their ideas are so ridiculous—not taken seriously until it’s too late. They think of themselves as elites, and they mean to continue in that status long after their revolution is effected.
Adept in operating the levers of power once they attain them, however, they quickly bring “the people” into line with a program of terror and brute force—the American Revolution was a notable exception—and henceforth do all of the people’s thinking for them. Only then do the people understand that the question, “what is to be done?” refers not to their former overlords, but to themselves. If and when Leftist movements are overthrown, it’s not other elites, but by the very citizenry they presumed to speak for: the proletariat, the working man, the average Joe. Or, as they view them, the schmucks and suckers.

Bull spit. As long as the checks keep coming, the people around me don’t care. All ills are blamed on Trump, and while deep down, people know that’s a lie, they’re ok pretending.
What can be done? We shouldn’t have abandoned the school system and let the left have it. Now what do we do? The blueprint is there, get involved in the educational system. I fear it’s too late and the indoctrinated will get their communist government. Then they’ll cry like a child who touched a hot stove while disregarding warnings.
The first step must be election integrity.
One CITIZEN, one vote, on paper ballots counted by hand.
The second step must be replacing ALL the Bush League Republicans that are in reality nothing more than Assistant Democrats.
Continuing to re-elect the same TransRepublicans that got us here is an exercise in futility.
1. Hit them in the pocket book. Stop buying from leftist vendors. Someone smart needs to create an app that warehouses Leftist business entities, linked to GPS and warns you when at a Leftist establishment. Then you could click on it and read the reasons why if you want, and decide if you want to continue with patronage. This being since the Left loves their boycotts we can do it smarter. We have to be more diligent and fight like the Left. Such an app can also list online vendors.
2. Every election cycle too many fiscally conscious voters, libertarians and independents vote Democrat just on abortion. Not that they would have one but seem to think the option should be open to someone else. Too much is wasted on the abortion effort. If we focus attention on supporting pregnancies and options for soon to be mother’s stuck in a rut, so much funds can be used to help people where they are at instead of just give it to wishy washy Republican campaigns. Do you hear this “Right to Life”? In doing so help is given where needed, we get the benevolent vote, and the Left will end up aborting themselves. And we gain plenty of votes. I know too many people who would easily vote republican, and act republican, are fiscally republican, but then swing their vote to Dems just on that issue. Stop with the bans, change focus to support, and Let the left abort themselves. We then win elections and they will go to hell for their sins. Their problem, not ours. Wake up!

on point 1, I just avoid national name brands. they are all woke and fund the LEFTIST media. I buy generic/local as much as possible.
