So much for application of the 14th Amendment. I guess the DOJ doesn't know what equal protection under the law means. The 2nd Amendment provides the CITIZENS of this country the means to remain free.

I expect that’s what the Supreme Court will say, too. Maybe even unanimously.

I can’t imagine the liberals on the Court allowing a precedent that will absolutely be used against the leftists when Trump is sworn in.

With weed laws and immigration we have out right nullification of federal law and you are correct those states and cities in support of the 2nd Amendment are just not enforcing federal law.

I would file multiple suits to force SCOTUS to address this issue. Picking and choosing federal laws to nullify has been a Democrat tactic for 200 yrs.

Perhaps these states need to start showing any federal law enforcement agencies the door and cut off all cooperation with them and the DOJ as they are totally corrupt and partisan. Kick them out of everything and if they get caught breaking state laws throw the cuffs on them whether it’s an FBI, ATF or DOJ goon and treat them as the law dictates.
