There is a difference between “does not prohibit” and actually having a Constitutional process to effect the reinstatement.

Exactly. I understand the appeal of the “reinstatement” fantasy, but it just ain’t happening. By all means, audit and expose the fraud of 2020, but I don’t know what sort of drugs one has to be using to think that there’s some entity out there with the ability and *willingness* to nullify Dementia Joe’s election. Hell, SCOTUS etc. wouldn’t touch the thing last Nov/Dec *before* anything was finalized. It’s delusional to think they’ll take it upon themselves to nullify it all after the fact.

Perhaps The Supremes can also determine if Natural Born Citizen means born on US soil (jus soli) AND born of American citizen parentS (jus sanguinis) as the Founding Fathers intended, or if any anchor baby qualifies?

Doesn’t matter. There is no way in hell the founders would have tolerated the constitution being twisted to protect a criminal who used outright fraud to steal an election.

No matter what is or isn’t in the constitution, Trump must be restored to the office he rightfully won. By any means necessary is very likely what the founders would have said.

It’s insane to pretend we have to stay within the confines of the constitution when they literally stole an election.
