“that states do have a right to decertify”

They probably do, but they would only be decertifying electors who have already voted in an electoral college vote that has also already been certified. The states decertifying their elections won’t do anything to decertify the electoral college vote, nor would it remove the sitting president, so this is just fantasy.

Maybe not. Certification of a fraudulent election is a felony crime. So a state theoretically could repeal its states electors due to a felony crime beng committed. But then there is an even larger issue, the down ballot. At least 3 maybe 4 senate seats were stolen. Also remember this all for some damn reason favors 1 party, the Democraps, who only hold power in the house by a few seats and a 50/50 lock in the Senate. People just won’t stand for 9 assholes in robes punting due to standing. The corruption will be too much for people to handle. So no legitimate power in the House, the Senate or the White House, and Biden and Harris are too weak for pulling the dictatorship card. Uncharted waters at this time and the storm is coming!
