An Oregon school has declared itself as “white supremacist” in its newly proposed “Antiracist Vision Statement.”
“Beaverton School District perpetuates institutional racism and embodies a white supremacist culture,” reads the “Equitable Policies Board Report” put forth by the “Equitable Policies Task Force” at the school.
The draft, which the task force members believe will pass in a vote Monday, is part of the school’s “Antiracist Vision Statement.” It promised to “confront” and “eliminate” all forms of “conscious” and “unconscious” racism and “bias” from Beaverton schools while calling for “permanent” funding to help accomplish the vision.
The story comes after a report earlier this year that the district sent out an email to parents touting a districtwide “Black Student Graduation Ceremony.” The ceremony, which was organized by the Beaverton Black Parent Union, said the event was “open to any senior student in-district who identifies as Black (including African-American, Afro-Latino, African or mixed-race Black).”
The Black Student Graduation Ceremony also welcomed “those who may not have credits to participate in [the mainstream] graduation,” though it would not serve as a replacement for the regular graduation ceremony.
The provision inviting students who have yet to obtain the required amount of credits was intended to allow students who planned on taking courses in the summer in order to obtain their diploma a chance to celebrate graduation.
The Black Student Graduation Ceremony was also not intended to replace the mainstream graduation ceremony, and the Beaverton School District was “not affiliated with the event” in any official or fiscal capacity.

In this woke new world it doesn’t matter if you buck or embrace the trend, you’re racist either way. We now live in a time when progs publicly flogging themselves over their racism is a form of virtue signaling. They’re essentially saying that because they admit their racism, they’re less racist than those who don’t.
I understand this term mostly comes from the breakup of Yugoslavia, which was partly peaceful but mostly required armed conflict for various groups to protect their interests. For the eventual breakup of the New US, I prefer the former but am prepared for the latter.

On Leftist sites, they (of course) call me a Fascist, or Racist. My answer is along the lines of “of course I’m a Fascist, I voted for Trump”. Never a response...just cuts them off.
A decade ago my (leftist) father in law asked if I would vote for another black president. I said “No way, if they’re anything like Obama”. He also didn’t respond.

Beaverton Oregon is 73.5% white and 2.6% black.
Suggestion. Find a way to import more black families to your city. Provide free public housing, etc. Increase your black percentage of population percentage to at least match the national average. Free relocation expenses should help the migration
Visit inner city neighborhoods in Atlanta, Chicago, New Orleans etc and find a way to make it happen. You will be the better for it

Yes, we are balkanized and we need to treat our leftist, democrat party voting neighbors and “friends” as such.
When I grew up they wanted integration. Now it is segregation! Is it because the Democrats are realizing the black votes are leaving their party and now they are trying to get them back?
Yep. This balkanization effort is the social analogy to passing the Fugitive Slave laws in the 19th century.
