If this story is true, how can they do it? There should be no such thing as a “Secret Ballot review.”

He can’t fix fraud, thats the point. Raffenbergers as well as the DNC’s problem is that the real steal was done on the fly. They believed their polls and didn’t expect such an overwhelming landslide. Bidens victory was 12k votes. Trump was leading before the dump and fraud by 100k. That means there are 112,000 votes that Fulton County would have to explain, considering Trump won GA in 2016 by 5%.

Do you believe Raffenberger (and his minions) were just looking at the ballots (secretly) to get an early head's up that there was fraud (fake ballots), or that they were trying to swap out, or destroy, fake ballots?
If the former, I don't care. Its the latter possibility that would concern me. I don't think this should be possible - but when unscrupulous people get access to the ballots without anyone watching them, that is a problem.
