EcoHealth Alliance sounds like their stated purpose is the enact some of the programs of Agenda 21/30.
If I’m not mistaken, one of those programs is population reduction and rewilding.
I suspect a pandemic and decades of adverse reactions to the ‘vaccine’ tjey provide, would accomplish that task.
