You might not want to get mRna tainted blood.
They are loosening restrictions on gas men donating, but I still can’t donate my O-neg blood because of Army duty in Germany.
What’s particularly sickening about this is that the “lockdowns” were unnecessary in the first place.
Just my opinion.
“You might not want to get mRna tainted blood.”
Had not considered that nor heard it discussed before. Ohhhhhh...crap.
We did our part these past few weeks. Nice, vaccine-free, covid-free blood.
Will our entire national/worldwide blood supply now be mRNA contaminated ?
The mRNA blood is like pumping nasty poison into the veins. Shame nobody thought of that.....OR DID THEY?
How does one avoid getting tainted blood these days? This is actually going to be a very serious problem.
So will the vaxholes be permitted to give blood?
Last time I went to my donation “appointment” they kept me waiting 2 hours. They obviously don’t need my blood that bad. Screw them
Last year’s lockdown?
Blood lasts 42 days, so what is going on?
Maybe the jab?
The red cross decided to be woke, so I’m not giving them my blood.
I always donated blood in my youth. It is a great thing to do, easy, and saves other people’s lives. And you get a cookie and juice box free. Unfortunately due to ‘underlying conditions’ and medication I take my doctor has told me not to do so anymore.
That said, I was in the hospital for unrelated reasons right at the peak of covid, and ultimately needed 2 units of blood. I am grateful for whomever donated it and hopefully there is no HIV or Herpes in it.
My advice is, if you can, please donate blood. It’s a good thing.
Around here it is there times preventing me from giving. They run them during my work hours.
No blood from anyone who took the shot.
It’s the 21st Century. Why is artificial blood not yet available?
And yet they won’t take my uncommon blood because they insist on using a hep test with a horrible false positive rate. I was tested with a much more accurate test as part of a study and shown to have no hep exposure. Will they take my blood? Hell no, better to go out and solicit blood from gay men.
A politicized health care system isn’t good for anyone’s health.
I donated last week. The blood bank staff said they were very busy during the pandemic with donations for convalescent plasma. In recent weeks, however, blood donations have dwindled due to no bloodmobile corporate sponsors and people on the road traveling after the long pandemic shut-in period.
If an unvaccinated person gets blood donated from people who were vaccinated, does that count as a vaccination?
That could be more effective than lottery tickets or scholarships!
