There’s no way to “scientifically prove” it, unless the Wuhan lab opens its books and its researchers, which will never happen.

But if this were a court of law, there’s already more than enough forensic, circumstantial, hearsay, statistical evidence to prove guilt.

That’s right. And they won’t.

That said, it is conceivable that data could turn up without an audit, but unlikely.

It's not, and considering we are dealing with China, their courts are not equivalent to ours or western courts. It is a major reason for never doing business with China, that's virus research or any business. The CCP needs to be completely cut off.
