The trend is your friend. While Rasmussen may be overstating Biden support, he is doing so consistently, asking the same questions, day after day, for the past several years.
Rasmussen likes to focus on strong likes and dislikes. In his first term the “like deficit” was about 10 percentage points toward the negative.
With these statistics, Obama was able to win in 2012. Of course, it is quite likely that he cheated, just like Biden this time!
Biden’s approval rating was NEVER even close to 50%!!!
