mentally incapacitated.
Achieving his life long quest for power, he discovers he’s nothing but a puppet.
So off he goes hat in hand, dispensing our autonomy and freedom in exchange for future obligations, burdens, and he hopes, a crumb of validation— from Europe.

Biden isn't so far gone he and Jill didn't happily agree to this charade long before he ran....despite his known condition back then. I have no sympathy for these two crooks whatsoever.
His staff knows he's going to screw up but certainly have their team ready to correct/protect him via the press etc. as we have seen time and again. This can go on for years.
