What scares me is him saying something in bluster but the other leader takes him seriously.
The other leaders laughed right in his face and he did nothing. Very sad to watch. Other leaders may not have liked Trump, as he publicly called them out on their BS, but none of them would have dared laugh to his face.
Biden makes things much worse. Get on the world stage and say his handlers will get mad if he goes off script? He seems to think the world will love his buffoonery as much as CNN.
