Step One: Turn a majority or a violent minority of the people against the existing system (i.e., America as founded).
Step Two: Prepare exist institutions to make the transition to the new system (the Marxist one).
Step Three: Collapse the system and simultaneously replace it with the new one (i.e., replace the Constitution with the new Marxist one).
Each step doesn't have to be finished before the next one can be started. They can all be accomplished at the same time for the most part.
