A patriotic multi-billionaire needs to form an offshore non-US controlled foreign legion unit, likely somewhere on a Caribbean island, carefully screening personnel for loyalty to the US constitution, and an aversion for racism and homosexuality.
Just two or three battalions of augmented light infantry along with other service branch personnel as specialists, and they would be able to carry out operations when needed especially when the US administration was this awful.
Their leaders could make agreements with trusted allies and could perform even false flag and uniform operations.
