Writing accurate history is amazingly difficult--in fact, probably impossible.
There are billions of pieces of data--and at the end of the day it is the writer's call as to what is significant and what is to be ignored.
That is why:

Precisely...'Who', 'What', 'Where' and 'When' constitute the backbone of historiography and news journalism. However, too many times historians and current event chroniclers insist on cramming 'Why' down the public's throats.
