Due to some conveniently timed exterior work on the White House grounds, Biden no longer walks across the grass to marine one. Instead he is driven in a car to someplace outside the grounds nearer to the ellipse. We won’t be seeing Biden waving to reporters. Is it possible that the Democrats are too afraid of what he might say when he doesn’t have a script in front of him?
