I suspect the conclusions will be inferences drawn from statistical analysis. I can’t imagine that an argument that relies on mathematics is going to register with the average voter given the level of math literacy in this country.
Hmm. Statistical analysis, such as that by Dr, Frank, who has shown that pre-set algorisms can predict the election results from registration data, point a finger at how fraud was managed, but I agree that this is not going to compel voiding elections, etc.
My hope/expectation is that the Maricopa results will not be statistics-based I’m looking for “we hand counted x votes for Biden, y for Trump, z for everybody else. There are T=x+y+z ballots in these boxes.” These totals either going to match the certified totals or not. Next is whether the mechanisms for fraud are found. If the algorisms for mis-counting votes can be located software code, if ballots that were kicked out actually do have printed abnormalities that were use to cull them for “adjudication”; if “adjudication” systematically did not follow the ballots’ intents, etc. — then we’d have a body of evidence that is hard to evade. Add hard evidence of “fake” ballots, machine printed votes, illegal votes, etc. and people can understand it quite well.
