There is quite a bit of proof that the election was stolen. Mike Lindell has done a great job of showing the statistical evidence. The best evidence of how deep the conspiracy is is probably inadmissible evidence in a civil court. The NSA may have warrantless wiretaps, either that they conducted, or that were conducted by a foreign intelligence agency like the Israelis, and forwarded to the NSA. The Insurrection Act would apply in this case. There is some speculation that Trump actually invoked it secretly. I hope he did.
