As far as I understand, the Constitution has no provision for changing a certified election, even if fraudulent.

The state secretaries failed to flag obvious fraud and certified the results.

Congress failed to acknowledge the fraud and certified the results.

If I’m wrong, correct me, but I don’t see how this can be overthrown at this point.

The Constitution has no provision for a right to an abortion or a right for homosexuals to marry contrary to the laws of the states, but those rights have been found in the document somehow. The Constitution provides that the states determine the method of appointing the electors. If that wasn't done properly, how can Congress certify anything? It's a common law jurisdiction, and once the federal courts are granted subject matter jurisdiction to hear a case, we can only guess at the result. Throw enough legal arguments at the court and let's see what sticks based upon the facts and the equities of the case.
