Most every state has a statute for quo warranto, so yes it can come from individual states or a collection of states.
It can also come from The DC District Court for the District of Columbia. Lawyers for Donald Trump could pursue this venue.
But in my view it’s better for states to bring it because they have original jurisdiction before the US Supreme Court.
States can decertify their Electors, as a symbolic gesture, but if ENOUGH states decertify and file a Petition for Writ of Quo Warranto together with Trump before the Supreme Court, the path is direct and quick, 15-20 days for the Biden Camp to respond.
What is meant by “ENOUGH states?”
Biden’s fraud syndicate took 306 EC votes. Subtracting 37 votes from this total puts the Biden presidency in legitimacy limbo.
Which/how many states would decertify 37 EC votes from Biden’s fraud?
AZ 11
GA 16
MI 16
PA 20
WI 10
Any three of the above states will delegit the EC victory for Biden. If any three decertify and Trump joins them in a Petition for Writ of Quo Warranto and are granted such by the the US Supreme Court, then it’s over for Biden.
Now I and many others know that the US Supreme court is or might be a problem. Certainly, the Court’s behavior in the aftermath of November 3 was disturbing to say the least.
But this is different.
It’s different because there’s another Quo Warranto action brewing that is a slam-dunk and which in all likelihood will be joined by the States to guarantee the US Supreme Court gets their ass in gear.
Most people don’t know yet, but will know soon enough, that the entire election theft was caught “on tape.” What “tape”?
First, when a bank robbery is caught on film that affirmatively identifies the criminals carrying out the crime, and the film’s custody is certified and adjudged to be impossible to alter, the film then becomes ‘proof’ of and against the bank robbery, the bank robbers and there is no way for the criminals involved to escape justice.
The word the public will be learning very soon is an acronym. It is PCAP and it stands for “Packet Capture.” The ENTIRE election theft, not a little piece, the ENTIRE theft was captured on PCAP.
And there’s more. Jovan the Hutt, my favorite eccentric genius, confirmed yesterday what I posted months back here and elsewhere. Counterfeiting laws over the past decades have required all US printers to print microcode, not possible to see by the human eye, microcode that gives up all the information about who, where, what, when ballots were printed with traceable information. This is what Jovan’s team in AZ has been capturing and what they will be doing shortly in GA.
Anyone telling you sh*t about Bamboo Fiber BS, tell them to Go eff themselves. That’s a red meat fake to make you all look like fools. Don’t fall for it.
Pay attention to the Ballot Microcode and PCAP evidence. These are real and admissible in a court of law.
Estimates are Trump is back in the White House by August. At first I thought like most uninformed, that there’s no way. But after seeing glimpses of the PCAP and hearing Jovan confirm the Microcode, I’m all onboard with the August prediction.
My only focus then will be how and who are going to be tried, convicted and hung or shot? And are gallows and firing squads apropo for our time/era?
The answer to me is yes, this must be done. It’s dark, drastic, final and definitely no laughing matter. The next ten years will be filled with dead seriousness.
Here’s my prediction based on patterns of history.
1. Trump is a phenomenally POSITIVE person traceable to his Mother dragging the whole family on Sundays to Church where the Pastor was the famous Norman Vincent Peale. Do your homework and this will tell you a lot about the person of Donald Trump.
2. Because Trump is such a force for positivity, he will focus on restoring the damage to the economy and to global relations especially the Abraham Accords. He will complete the job of securing America’s borders and he will bust down doors that impeded real effective inexpensive therapeutics and treatments for COVID-19 and variants to come.
3. Trump will unite the world against the Chinese Communist menace and lay out terms for holding them accountable. War will be rumored, sabers will be rattled. But in the end, the World will force the CCP to come to terms. Trump’s positivity will make it difficult for the CCP to ignore a deal because the alternative is their annihilation. They will assess if they can carry out the murder of 200,000,000+ Americans (yes, they have discussed this option), in the hopes of saving their own skins, but Trump will offer a deal that somehow allows the CCP actors to ‘Save Face’ which is their prime MO. But in my view, Trump will not allow them to continue in power. They will need first to share power, open up governing jurisdictions to Chinese Diaspora Groups that seek a Hong Kong type rule of law for all China. In the interim, China’s mainland may be isolated from all global trade. The energy and food shortage alone may force them to the bargaining table.
4. No firing squads or gallows executions will take place while Trump serves out his presidency to 2024. But executions will take place starting as early as 2025. It will take at least that long to organize the trials and detaining those sentenced to death.
As far is history as concerned, the trials and executions will be a seminal event in American history which will have a major impact on American culture going forward. It will be an ugly time but this is what happens when this kind of sh*t happens in history.
Unlikely, especially when the people such as J. Pulitizer claiming that the packet captures, firewall logs, system logs and the like confirm that the election was "hacked" won't release the data so their claims can be confirmed.
August 1 will come and go.
