If Donald J. Trump serves out the next two years he would not be serving two full terms so could he run again in 2024, serve 2 years, resign, and then have his VP takes over for the next two years and runs two times after that?
It’s a good question but the term that he won was for January 2021 through January 2025.
I’m not sure the Constitution can be amended or whether Congress can change law for him to serve a full term but it’s safe to say he will serve at least until January 2025.
