If an office holder is removed through a writ of quo warranto then the office is vacant and is filled in the manner the law requires. In the case of the presidency it would be Harris as president. And if she were removed then Pelosi would be president. Nothing in law allows the losing candidate to be appointed as a replacement.
If the audits prove that enough House seats were also stolen, then Pelosi isn't lawfully Speaker. The audits are very important.
