If an office holder is removed through a writ of quo warranto then the office is vacant and is filled in the manner the law requires. In the case of the presidency it would be Harris as president.

Biden isn't a valid office holder. He is an imposter. Same goes with the VP. Those positions should indeed be filled "in the manner that the law requires". The manner is a non fraudulent election, state certification based on a non fraudulent election, and then finally an EC vote based on the same.

The courts should send the audited results and any other testimony back to any plaintiff state legislatures.

What you would like to happen and what would happen are not the same thing. If a writ of quo warranto was filed and if it was successful then yes, Biden would be ruled ineligible to hold the office. The presidency would be vacant. The manner for filling it is not a new election but the next person in the line of succession taking the office. Filling it with a new election would leave the presidency vacant for weeks or months.

The courts should send the audited results and any other testimony back to any plaintiff state legislatures.

Are the people doing the Arizona audit even planning on taking their findings to court? Wake me when they do.
