The only severe case of covid related cardiomyopathy I have seen recently came from the virus not the vaccine. Almost everyone with significant covid has an elevation of heart enzymes so technically has myocarditis but it is rare to be clinically important.
Does the body ever successfully rid itself of that spiked protein ?
