It sure looks like a lot of people are very nervous about the audits of ballots cast in the 2020 presidential election. Yesterday, the Attorney General of the United States, Merrick Garland, announced that the DOJ is “applying scrutiny” to post-election audits and will offer “guidance.”

A slightly more complete transcript:
“We are scrutinizing new laws that seek to curb voter access and where we see violations we will not hesitate to act,” he said. “We are also scrutinizing current laws and practices in order to determine whether they discredit against black voters and other voters of color. Particularly concerning with in this regard are several studies showing that in some jurisdictions nonwhite voters must wait in line substantially longer than white voters to cast their ballots.”
“The Department of Justice will apply the same scrutiny to postelection audits, according to Garland, to make sure the election reviews fall in line with federal laws meant to protect records and guard against voter intimidation,” the Epoch Times reported.
There is a ton of sickening irony in Garland’s implicit threat to auditors. At Gateway Pundit, Joe Hoft lists some of the egregiously suspicious activities during the counting of ballots election night that the Department of Justice refused to investigate. Things like expelling visitors, covering up windows, and then being caught on surveillance cameras pulling suitcases out and running ballots through machines.
If the election was so honest, what does anyone have to fear from an audit? It would only confirm the integrity of the results.

Never mind the Audit
It's thr Canvas of voters that the dims fear
How is it that 200 people voted from an empty lot
How many people live in a Post Office Box
How many felons voted from jail
How many minors voted
How many out of state people voted
How many non citizens voted
How many dead people voted
and the icing on the cake
How many dead people filed for a postal vote.
Remember when we were constantly being lectured that Garland was an even tempered non-partisan centrist?
What a joke.
The globalist oligarchy enemy of we the people does not want their criminal evil exposed. We might just up and dispose of them and their evil plot!
When the US Attorney General openly threatens to block investigations into voter fraud, you know we’re in serious trouble.
In PA there were over 1500 votes from people over 100 years old.
This is a threat to those who want real elections.
Yet they're shouting very different things.
Somebody cried “Uncle!”
Good sign it is all going down.
Garland is going to apply scrutiny. That’s a positive for me. Of course, the scrutiny will go nowhere. It could be worse, we could have Barr back, shoveling like hell to cover everything up. Maybe that’s why it’s safe to “apply scrutiny”. Safe because Barr did such a great job burying everything.
State Senator to AG Garland: ‘You Will Not Touch Arizona Ballots or Machines Unless You Want to Spend Time in an Arizona Prison’
He could start by looking at the election law violations that occurred before any audits began.
Don’t worry, Merrick. CNN said 2020 was the most honest election in history. Why would you need to interfere?? Oh, wait.....
Interesting...PA joins Loma Linda as a Blue Zone of Longevity
Today, a community of about 9,000 Adventists in the Loma Linda area are the core of America’s blue zone region. They live as much as a decade longer than the rest of us, and much of their longevity can be attributed to vegetarianism and regular exercise. Plus, Adventists don’t smoke or drink alcohol.
The “scrutiny” being applied by AG Garlick Merrland will be of the various laws passed by state legislatures to tighten up the requirements for accurate voting rolls, not on the vote count that seemed to be so disparate with reality. More people seemed to have voted than registered voters that either returned valid mail-in votes or appeared at the voting booths, and the vote count itself has shown great lopsided and inexplicable shifts in the count as time went on, especially after the vote count was stopped for varying periods of time, then restarted, with a sudden surge in the totals for one side that were completely at odds with the trending results that had been coming in before.
Federal government has no authority over any state voting actions, it all falls into the authority of each individual state. I think it was Texas that responded that any interference would find the AG sitting in a state prison cell.
“In PA there were over 1500 votes from people over 100 years old.”
Which sounds about right, as there are over 90k centenarians in the US. Please focus on serious evidence, these kinds of comments make us look silly.
GFY Garland... communist POS and partisan hack!
There’s 5,897 people over 100 in Pennsylvania today. The question is why did the other 4,000 not vote?????
JUST IN - Attorney General Merrick Garland announces that the Justice Department will scrutinize any post-election audits for evidence of voting law violations
What about PRE-ELECTION voting law violations?
Govenors making voting laws!
Secretarys of State making voting laws!
Judges making voting laws!
Could have sworn thst the Constitution left voting laws to the state legislatures....before Biden scrapped it.
